weekend

My weekend was ok, Friday i went for a run i felt weird.  Then Sat we went for a drive to the badlands west of us. It was so nice there is hills and rock cliffs.  We climbed up and down the hills the kids loved it.  I was starting to feel sick to my stomach and a headache.  On our walk i got sick not nice.  We headed home and i still felt crappy but went for a run and still felt sick.  Went to bed early, woke up 10 hours later, still felt sick, so i spent the day taking it easy.   Monday i feel a little better it must be allergies.  I am tired and have a headache.  Hope its gets better for tonight i neeeeeeed to run.
